1. Acceptance of Purchase Terms
All purchases and transactions are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law (approved in 1382/2003), the Consumer Protection Law, and other relevant regulations.
The value-added tax paid by the customer is directly deposited into the account of the National Tax Administration of Iran, and the store receives no profit from this amount (in compliance with current Iranian tax laws).
Placing and confirming an order constitutes full acceptance of the purchase terms, membership conditions, privacy policy, and all site rules.
The store reserves the right to update or modify the purchase terms at any time; changes become effective upon publication on the website.
2. Purchase Process and Requirements
Registration and login to a user account are mandatory to view actual product prices, add items to the shopping cart, and place an order.
Without logging in, it is not possible to view prices or make a purchase (only price inquiry is available).
The buyer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (full name, precise delivery address, valid contact number, postal code, etc.). Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in order cancellation, non-delivery, or subsequent issues.
3. Price and Payment
Prices displayed after logging in are final and direct from the producer without intermediaries.
Payment is made exclusively through secure, officially licensed bank payment gateways.
The store reserves the right to correct the price before final order confirmation in exceptional cases (such as significant market fluctuations or system errors) and will inform the buyer accordingly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The approximate delivery time is calculated based on stock availability, the buyer’s chosen shipping method (motorcycle courier, express post, freight, etc.), and delivery location.
The store is committed to preparing and shipping the goods as quickly as possible and makes every effort to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
Any delay caused by transportation companies (courier, post, freight, etc.) is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the delay is directly due to the store’s fault or negligence.
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and immediately notify support of any discrepancy, damage, or apparent defect.
5. Right of Cancellation and Return
Pursuant to Article 37 of the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after receiving the goods (without needing to provide a reason or pay a penalty, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging).
The only cost borne by the buyer is the cost of returning the goods to the store. No additional fees such as storage or penalties will be charged.
Hygienic, cosmetic, personal, perishable, custom-made, and goods that cannot be returned for health reasons are not subject to the right of cancellation (pursuant to Article 38 of the Electronic Commerce Law).
6. Dispute Resolution Any dispute or complaint will first be handled through the website’s support team (online chat, ticket system, or telephone contact). If the matter remains unresolved, the competent authority for dispute resolution shall be the competent courts at the location of the store’s establishment.
